July 7, 2014 - New Blu-ray and DVDs
So, today I picked up Cloud Atlas on Blu-ray. It's a pretty solid film for those who haven't seen it and I thought I might see it again, just because it's an interesting film to experience. I picked up the Blu-ray/DVD combo-pack for about $10 at Bull Moose, which is a store in New England that sells Movies, Books, CDs, Vinyl, and stuff like that.

I also picked up 2014's Enemy on DVD. I think I would have bought on Blu-ray but a Region 1 Blu-ray hasn't been released yet. It's an amazing film, one that definitely requires multiple viewings so after just getting it from Redbox but not being able to keep it for very long, I decided to buy it. I bought it for about $14 at, again, Bull Moose.

I also picked up The Descent, a critically-acclaimed 2005 British horror film on DVD. A lot of people have already seen it and I've seen it once before. I liked it but I didn't watch it with the lights off and The Descent is definitely one to watch with the lights off. Not just because it would be creepier but because the film's lighting is not very good. I bought it for about $5 at, again, Bull Moose.
